With the Holiday in full swing, we are all attending family gatherings and parties. The biggest question is what to bring?! From appetizers to cookies, and drinks to the main course. Our office has gathered our favorite shareable dishes for you. We wish you all a wonderful holiday season! ENJOY!

Brenda’s Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad Recipe, has been passed down through her family:

Ingredients:

-1 Stalk of Broccoli

-1 Head of Cauliflower 

-1 small onion

-1 Cup grated cheese

Dressing:

-1 Cup mayonnaise & 1 Tbsp vinegar

-1 ½ Cups sour cream & 1 Tbsp. sugar

– Dash of Worcester

Directions:

-Chop and Mix all in a bowl

-Mix dressing and chill

Tricia’s Banana Snack Cake, is a favorite: Our favorite recipes are sure to be a hit at your holiday gatherings!

Ingredients:

-1 Cup butter or margarine
-1 Cup sugar
-2 eggs
-½ Cup Buttermilk
-1 ½ Cup mashed bananas
-1 ½ tsp. baking soda
-1 tsp. Vanilla
-½ tsp. salt
-2 Cups flour
-6 oz chocolate chips
-1 Cup quick oats
-½ Cup chopped nuts (op)
*Can use shredded coconut in place of nuts       

Directions:

-Mix buttermilk, bananas, vanilla and eggs.
-Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, oats, mix well.
-Add chocolate Chips
-Spread batter in pan and sprinkle w/ nuts.
-Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 mins

Tracy’s Pumpkin Bars, are always a hit!

Ingredients:

-1 Pumpkin Bars
-2 Cups flour
-2 tsp. baking powder
-2 tsp. cinnamon
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. baking soda
-4 eggs
-1 ⅔ Cups sugar
-1 Cup vegetable oil
-1 Can (15oz) pure pumpkin(not pie filling)

Cream Cheese Frosting:

-8 oz Cream cheese room temp.
-12 Tablespoons Butter, softened
– 2 tsp. vanilla extract
– 2 Tbsp. cream, milk, half & half
-6 Cups unsifted powdered sugar

Directions:

Bars:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, & baking soda.

-In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Add mixed dried ingredients into pumpkin mixture beating until fully combined.

-Spread batter in an ungreased 17×12 in jelly pan roll pan. Bake for 20-25 mins. (adjust if your pan is a different size) until the edges begin to brown slightly and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and cream in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add powdered sugar 1 C at a time, mixing between each addition, until all cups are added and frosting is smooth. Spread evenly on cooled pumpkin bars.
